Lutterworth Photographic Society Co-op

I joined the Lutterworth Photographic Society in 2017 as the "Newbie".

I have always owned a camera since the age of 16. In the early years of film I would obtain black and white contact prints from the local chemist (Couldn't afford larger prints nor did I have a darkroom or chemicals to develop the film) Thankfully the era of digital images has allowed us to take and store digital images in large quantities. Since joining I have learnt to manipulate and enhance my images and rather than just having holiday and family albums I am now confident to enter competitions and receive critiques from qualified photographers.

Now as a retiree I enjoy the getting out to obtain those special shots.
